Halo Anniversary Series 2 Builds a Logo

McFarlane Toys has announced that there will be a second series of Halo Anniversary figures. Like the previous Anniversary figures, these will also have a "build-a-figure" that isn't really a figure, but is another symbol from the Halo universe, the UNSC logo. It's not nearly as cool as the Covenant Legendary plaque, but maybe it'll look cool as a three dimensional object.

The Build-a-Logo will look like this, but in three dimensions and probably a different color.

Anniversary Series 2 will have five figures, each with a piece of the logo. The figures include "The Package" Master Chief sculpted and painted to look how he appeared in "The Package" short of Halo: Legends. That sounds good to me because it will at least give us a Master Chief that's colored a bit differently than all the other Master Chief figures. The figure includes the globe of the logo. Captain Jacob Keyes from the original Halo will be decked out in his Combat Evolved Anniversary attire and includes the banner of the UNSC symbol. Next up is a white and blue Spartan Mark VI with the left wing of the symbol. The next figure is actually a 2-pack of two things, a Sentinel and 343 Guilty Spark. The two will include transparent poles so they can be displayed hovering and have the right wing of the UNSC logo. The final figure is Mickey from Halo 3: ODST who includes the eagle body of the logo.

There will also be 3-pack boxed set of Spirit of Fire Team. This is a set of three Spartans from Halo Wars of Jerome-092, Douglas-042, and Alice-130. There are no photos of any of these figures yet, but there's plenty of time for pics to drop as they won't be out until March 2012. I'm sure there will also be an Anniversary Series 2 Advance wave with a few more figures in the mix.
