Mega Man 9: First Gameplay Footage

There is large Rockman 9 logo, Japanese text is flying across the screen, and it is really short, but who cares, it's the first gameplay footage of Mega Man 9. This footage come courtesy of GoNintendo. The video is only about 20 seconds long, but shows very brief sections of two of the new stages. That new rotating platform seen in the air stage (Tornado Man's stage?) is sure to bring us some intense platforming sections with tight corridors and spikes. The music has always been a stand out feature of the Mega Man games and just from the scant few seconds of audio we get to hear it's clear that Mega Man 9 will have some great music. I already have these few seconds of music stuck in my head. It pains me that Capcom stated that Mega Man 9 will only be for WiiWare. I don't have a Wii and am just hoping beyond all mega-hope that this will arrive on PlayStation Network or Xbox Live. Okay, I'm going to watch it just one more time.
