SDCC '09: Sideshow Collectibles

Once again, it's time for another gallery of Sideshow Collectibles pricey-yet-amazing figures and statues that you will probably never own. At least the people that who go to Comic-con and can't afford these get to see them in person. The gallery has some Darkstalkers, Street Fighter, Resident Evil, Terminator, Indiana Jones, and a bevy of Marvel Ladies. The most surprising thing at the Sideshow Collectibles booth was the case filled with custom Stormtroopers. That Hello Kitty Stormtrooper needs to be mass produced.

Hello Kitty Stormtrooper is the cutest Imperial that will ever burn your aunt and uncle alive.

The SDCC exclusive Crimson Cobra Commander and his throne. If only that throne wasn't so expensive.

This Zangief statue is huge and has a Mecha-Zangief variant. I can feel my head being crushed just by looking at it.

Ryu giving Sagat the Dragon Punch of a lifetime.

Felicia comes in sittin' pretty blue...

...and sittin' pretty pink.

I don't know who this girl is or what she's from, but that mech suit is cool.

Chris Redfield and his mini-gun know a thing or two about killing zombies.

Albert Wesker includes the accessory of 100% arrogant jerk.

Mystique stands on skulls because she's evil.

It looks like Psylocke is getting the upper hand on Spiral.

Elektra and her pre-assassination super pose.

Because there was a White Queen there had to be a Black Queen. And she's even more of an ice queen.

Scarlett Witch holds a joystick to control her little Vision.

It's Dagger with Cloak's cloak.

X-23 is basically a small female Wolverine, so what everybody wanted.

The White Queen usually looks good, but what the heck happened to the face on this one?

She-Hulk is the greenest and clumsiest lawyer in the biz.

It's a very good thing that Abomination wears underwear of some sort.

Robocop Stormtrooper and Optimus Prime Stormtrooper are the real stand-outs here.

So a military Stormtrooper, Scuba Stormtrooper, Tin Man Stormtrooper, and a fly Stormtrooper walk into a fruit bar...

It's Old Indy when he's old.

A life-size Endoskeleton and a cool EVA-01 behind him.

Hey look at that guy, wait a minute, that's a T-600. Better luck next time, Skynet.

Custom Stormtroopers are awesome, especially Adam West Batman Stormtrooper.

I think we may start seeing some custom Stormtrooper costumes like these at the next run of conventions.
