Video Game Robotics on the Grid

The first series of Video Game Robotics are on the release grid and should be out very soon, according to today's post on the T-ARTS figure blog (formerly Yujin). If you've been patiently waiting for the painfully accurate robo-suits of videogame classics, your wait will soon be over. If you don't recall, VGR Series 1 includes Assault Suits Valken (Cybernator) and Leynos, Cyberbots' Blodia, a Border Break mech, and another Wolf Fang mech. It's a great line-up of robo-awesomeity, but I'm still awaiting an announcement for an SP edition of Video Game Robotics. Yujin/T-ARTS have done SP editions of their Shooting Game Historica series, so it would only be natural to release an SP of Robotics.

T-ARTS also had a little sneak preview announcement in their post: It seems that Thunder Force V will have some love in the next Shooting Game Historica series. Apparently there is something about it in the new Dengeki Hobby Magazine, but an official announcement could come near the end of this month. A Gauntlet and/or Vasteel would just be too awesome. In the meantime, enjoy this new official photo of Valken and Leynos hanging out like bros.

Valken and Leynos chill on the release grid, awaiting deployment orders.
